Executive Director
Winston Ashby brings 20 years of experience working with the target population in the bay area. Mr. Ashby will oversee and implement all prevention / intervention services.  Mr. Ashby has a proven expertise of developing and sustaining high quality programs that will impact the communities with the most isolated youths. Mr. Ashby developed the mission of the program while attending college at Cal State East Bay.

Program Manager
Jason Stewart received his BA degree in business at San Jose State University and assisted with development of the charter for the organization and instrumental in the organization managing several grants and contracts. Mr. Stewart has a degree in business and has served on every committee on the board. He will provide hands-on implementation of the program and train volunteers.

Research Developer
William Wheat will be responsible for compiling all results of the program and developing strategic plans to implement the program citywide.  In addition, he will develop funding initiatives to maintain the financial standings for the PARTI.  He has over 18 years of experience in teaching and administration.  He has both undergraduate and graduate degree in Education and Economics.

Marketing / Events Consultant
Darrick Fields is a talented and established marketing and management professional experienced in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with brands, ad agencies, promotional companies, PR agencies, and talent. He is a strong leader who has the experience and ability to generate revenue and profit  increasing brand equity and company value. His management skills enable him to set strategic direction for others to implement. He has the ability to effectively oversee partnerships, new business developments, as well as structuring deals that have resulted in a proven track record for closing product new business development, endorsements, sponsorships, and promotional programs. Darrick brings an entrepreneur spirit that is backed by years of working within corporate institutions. That ambitious spirit helped to launch Mindspider.com. His strong interpersonal and communication skills enable him to work cohesively within the corporate community as well with talent in creative environments. He has assisted in all facets of artist development for many record labels, management companies, public relation firms and talent agencies and was instrumental in creating the urban music division at The Entity Entertainment Group Native Records / Fontana. Darrick thrives on challenge, and embraces any changing and dynamic work environment.

Fusion Coordinator
Tiffany Maaske has over 10 years of experience choreographing and training physical fitness activities, including dance, aerobics, and organizing mobile health café’s.
